French GreetingsWhen you first start learning the French, the first thing you should learn is a few French greetings. It is such an ice breaker just to be able to say 'hello' and 'thank you'.
Having a few of these simple French phrases below up your sleeve will go a long way in helping you to at least start a simple conversation. Top Tip :
When entering into a public place such as a shop, office, lift etc,
always greet people with a Bonjour / Bonsoir
even if you don't know them.
